Is an action sport which involves riding and performing
tricks using skateboard. Skateboarding can also be
considered a recreational activity, an art form, a job, or a method of transportation. Skateboarding
has been shaped and influenced by many skateboarders throughout the years. A
2002 report found that there were 18.5 million skateboarders in the world. 85%
of skateboarders polled who had used a board in the last year were under the
age of 18, and 74% were male

can be traced back to 1975 when kids started riding bikes in concrete Escondido
reservoir channels inSan Diego California. And, bike riders were seen in 1976 riding at
Carlsbad Skatepark in Carlsboad. California. Skateboarden Magazine published photos of kids on bikes riding in empty swimming pools in 1975
PARKOUR
"PARKOUR"
is a holistic training
discipline using movement that developed out of military obstacle course
training. Practitioners
aim to move quickly and efficiently through their environment using only their
bodies and their surroundings to propel themselves, negotiating obstacles in
between. They try to maintain as much momentum as possible without being
unsafe. Parkour can include running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, guadrupedal movement and more, if they are the
most suitable movements for the situation.
